Leicester events company receives Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award two years in a row

Leicester based events company, Imperial Corporate Events, have received Feefo’s prestigious Gold Service Award for the second year in a row, which recognises businesses for outstanding levels of service to their customers.

Trusted Service Awards are presented to businesses that meet Feefo’s demanding criteria, which is based on the number of annual reviews collected, and the average rating scored.  Feefo is well respected as an accreditation and focuses on the real interactions between a business and real clients. All reviews made on the platform are verified as genuine and the accreditation is a true reflection of Imperial’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Imperial Corporate Events received over 155 reviews during the past 12months with 95% of customers leaving a 4.5-5 star rating.
